"Second Wind BMW/Triumph was a great surprise, though tucked into a small corner of NH and about 200 miles away it turned out to be the best place to do business. They actually changed some long held beliefs about bike shops and personnel. Until I ventured in and picked up a great 2010 Triumph Thunderbird, there was a strong conviction that the best dealership ever was BMW of Denver (circa 1996) where the owner and mechanics easily held off any competition. At Second Wind it was a team affair from sales, delivery coordinator, finance, parts, accessories and mechanics; they were all top notch and in a class of their own. I will recommend that before buying a bike or an accessory, people visit this shop before a decision is made. They will likely meet the expectations of those that are cost conscious types as well as those looking for more than just an engine and wheels. It is probably lucky for their competition that Second Wind are not better known. "

"Joe Da Parts ( there was a legendary guy in Woostah named Joe Da Park - sorry couldn't help it )rocks the party that rocks the party. Checked you guys out last fall and he talked to me about switching my stock Thruxton pipes to some louder, throatier, pipes by British Customs. Well, I sat on it all winter and pulled the trigger a couple weeks ago. He ordered the pipes for me and today, service did the work and FUGEDABOUDITTTT!!!! I loved my Thruxton already but it's like I have a whole new bike. Thanks Joe and whomever the guy was who did the work, you rock too!
I've got to add that EVERYONE at SW is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, aaaand really loves what they are doing. I could hang around all day and talk bikes ( especially Brit bikes ) and I've crowed to anyone who has wanted to listen to me since finding SW. There's a Triumph dealership 15 minutes from me ( it also sells a bunch other bikes, jet skis, snowmobiles, M1 Abrams Tanks, Schwinn bicycles, not to mention about 14 million other things) but I'll always make the 45 minute trek to Merrimack.
